Howdy,
I have recently moved from Southern, IL to Tooele, UT. I am 48 years old and a financially stable (not rich) professional in the construction industry. Horses have been my main passion and constant for the past 17 years. I am still very healthy and quite mobile. I live in a nice home on five acres and take care of a few horses, dogs and cats. I am surrounded by mountains.
I am looking for a woman to share mutual, beliefs, hopes and dreams - a true partner. Someone I am good for and who is good for me - someone where we just like being around each other. I believe friendship and chemistry are very important. I am not desperate or in any hurry to “force a relationship”. I can be both proud and independent but mostly I am honest, kind, capable, compassionate, sincere and affectionate. I am responsible and dependable. My job has always required me to take a leadership role in some form or another. I can be fiercely loyal and tend to champion the underdog. My spirituality and faith in God comes first in my life. Horses are a huge part of my spirituality. There is nothing as magical as to getting to know a horse, being out in the middle of nowhere and making that connection where your horse trust you completely and seems to react to your thoughts ahead of your cues.
I am also somewhat intelligent and can hold my own in an argument or lofty conversation. I am not into approval seeking or an obsessive pursuit of financial wealth. At this point in my life I have come to realize that real wealth is gained by balance, giving and sharing. I am looking for a woman who is more of a giver than a taker – I have an honest appreciation for genuine kindness and return it 100 times over. I do understand that a loving relationship requires action and nurturing “…love is a verb that becomes a noun” and “…what is essential is invisible”.
