| All I can say is respect and love is what Tim drew towards him. From the many people that would come to the partys and the oh so many "regulars" there. They were there because of one man, a man ya just couldn't hate, maybe get mad at him, but not for long. Several people were witness to the respect that was shown towards Tim at the last auction we did when one person bought a pix of Tim on Rio and presented it to him for all he had done, and it hung proudly over his fireplace. There was many reminders of people that meant alot to Tim around his house for all to see, weather from ES or not. He was proud of em all.
TT/Kristen, I hope ya both know what your dad meant to myself and many others. Gonna remember the nights doing nothing but sitting N watching TV, doing what was needed and hearing ya dad repeatedly appologize for the inconvience, yet there was never a thought of inconvience to me. I did it because your dad was more then a chat buddy, he was a real friend!! Tim's in a better place now and pain free. My friend, we'll sit again N talk of days gone by and watch a lil TV.. love ya brother and miss ya

| Timmy and Kristen, my condolences to yoru family. Tim will be greatly missed by all of us. He was so full of life. We were all blessed by him and I will keep you in my prayers. |
| Timmy and Kristen,
There isn't much I can say that hasn't already been said about your dad. My deepest sympathy goes out to you both. I was one of the lucky ones that got to meet Tim at one of his infamous parties. He had such a presence about him, so warm and welcoming to everyone. Not just at his home, but in the chat rooms as well. He was the picture of strength, courage, and compassion ~ may we all live up to the high standard he set.
May God give you both peace and comfort during this difficult time.
Jess

Rosanky, TX Gosh I really dont know what to say here. I keep reading everyones post and say thats so right about Tim. Oh I remember those smiles and that gleam in his eye. I am setting here crying thinking of all the wonderful memories that we all have with Tim. I like Hrsegal wants to be selfish and want him back here with us as I am sure everyone else does too. But also am glad that he isnt in pain anymore. I will always have a very special place in my heart for Tim is an awesome person and I know that he will be our newest angel to keep watch over all of us... Teri I will be toasting with you also.
Timmy and Kristen I feel your pain but always remember what a great person your father was.
Bev, I will never forget meeting you and if you need to talk I will listen. My heart goes out to you.
Tim may you rest in peace. Get heaven ready for all of us to come and have a Timmer Fest up there. We will bring the tequila.
Love you always and think of you forever

| Tim and I were planning on getting together for a little cutting clinic for fun and to teach Mike how to stay on board. We didn't get around to it, so I guess we'll just have to reschedule when we meet again. Sid |

Frisco, TX Thanks All!
About a week & a half ago I went to visit my Dad in the hospital. I had my IPod. I played this piece of music for him first. It has always been some of the most beautiful music we had heard. It brought tears to his eyes....mainly I think because of it's beauty but also because we had put that part of 'Mountain Jam' into one of our song 'Almost Something'......Without fail playing that was always the highlight of our shows for the 2 of us. So once again I salute my Father for his bravery his honor & his love for complete strangers.........

A little more in depth explanation about this music........It was a Sunday morini' & it was just my Dad & I at the house. He had put on the Allman Brothers 'Mountain Jam' an epic 33 minute jam.......When this portion of the song started I immediately sat up & said that it represented the entrance of 'Love' into the world. (you would have to hear the whole song to truly appreciate it's scope). It was an extremely touching moment for both of us. When the band was up & runnin' I suggested that we put this piece of music into one of our songs. Like I mentioned above......it was an extremely special moment for my Father & I to play this together on a stage living a dream.
