Prayers for Neener - Bootcut's daughter

Amen . . . and the tenderest of hugs to you, Wanda, and to each one of your family . . . and, especially, to Neener, although I am sure she feels hugged by our Father. He has been with her from the start.

.....Amen!

Couldn't have said a better prayer myself...AMEN! Hang in there Wanda, luv ya GF! (((HUGS)))) Jacquie

Wanda, (bootcut), has asked me to relay updates for her, here for her daughter Aileen, aka Neener. I will do my best to give a daily report so that prayer can be targeted each day. If I miss a day please assume that there is no change that I am aware of. Wanda is so VERY, VERY grateful for all your prayers and support. Yesterday Neeners fever went up again, but it is down to 100.4 this morning. Her hemoglobin count is very low tho and they had to give her 3 units of blood this am. There is still no physical response. This morning Wanda said "please hug your children". No matter how old they are, because you can't love them enough and you never know when it may be the last time. Heavenly Father today I pray that you will release Neener from pain, either by miraculous recovery which we ask as our number one choice or by taking her home to be with you. Please give Wanda faith that you have her best interests at heart and that you are in control. In Jesus name I pray... amen

Boot, know that Neener, and you are in my prayers! We have a mighty God looking over her! All things are possible!

(((Boot))) Glad to hear that Neener survived the surgeries and the new antibiotics seem to be working, too. I understand about not giving up, and also a Mother's love for her child. But the ultimate parent is our Lord Jesus, and He will decide the outcome for his daughter, Neener. Let your strong faith guide and comfort you as He makes his choices. Prayers and loving thoughts are continually sent to you and Neener and the rest of the family. Don't forget to take care of yourself during this difficult time. I've only been taking care of things for Renegadedarlin for 11 days, and can't imagine the strain it's been on you for all this time. Jacquie P.S. Go ahead and stay mad as h e l l! You have every right to be outraged at what has occurred, and the emotions will keep you going when things get tough and you think you can't continue.

Chic Thank you for cutting and pasting that from Neeners facebook...I apologize for not keeping everyone currently updated... I also appreciate all the prayers and custom..thank you allowing me to read about the gentleman in Utah...seems WE need a miracle...but as for myself...I refuse to give up hope ...I know Neeners is going to get better..A mother never wants to give up hope. I pray that none of you are ever faced w/ something of this nature...and yes..i am still madder than hell..Neener should not be where she is at now if the drs would have listened to her... Again...ty all very much

well hopefully Wanda won't mind me posting an update.... Neener has come thru two surgeries. Both to remove infection of which there was a LOT inside of her stomache area. (so far they did not have to remove the colon) Just surviving each surgery was a miracle in itself. The new antibotics she is on seem to be working in the right direction as her white cell count has been slowly coming down the last few days. She is still unresponsive and in a coma and the doctors refuse to give them any hope. But those dr.s don't know how many people are praying or how many lives Neener is touching and apparently aren't aware of the Greatest Physician of All who ultimately will have the final say. Please keep on praying and keep asking others to pray. And pray for strength for a family that is exhausted and needs hope and rest and peace.

Wanda, I want to share something that happened to me yesterday, something I think you and Neener could benefit from. I got a phone call at 8am and the voice on the other end said "hello Elayne, this is Bob from Utah" Well I don't know anyone from Utah, so I said "yes" and he went on to tell me he'd received one of my emails from Rita Synder. I told him I didn't know a Rita Synder.. After doing a bit of chatting back and forth I discovered that my email about my cancer journey had been passed through a few people and eventually forwarded to Bob in Utah. Bob told me that him and I had something in common and that was cancer. He said he'd been diagnosed with cancer in 1996 and was given only 4 months to live. He has a website whereby he tells his story of hope, courage, strategies, tenacity and faith. I want to share that website with you as his story is amazing. Although he had cancer many of his messages of hope and survival can be applied to you and Neener. One of the statements he says in his story is about how Doctor's have been trained to tell you that you only have so many months to live, but they don't know how to teach you or tell you how to survive. His story is one of survival... I hope you're able to read his story and pull from it what you need to believe and strengthen your conviction for Neener's recovery...The doctors don't know everything... http://www.cancerstrategies.info/ Elayne...
