Wanda, I am so very glad that there has been progressed, a little at a time, but PROGRESS. One thing i have learnt that if you have the LORD as your savior, HE will never FORSAKE. I keep both you tight within my prayers each and every day. I will be one to send her a card, Love to you both. (Nola)

I would like to say ...THANK -YOU... to all that has kept Aileen in their prayers. She has made remarkable moves since being in the rehab in Billings..she has a long ways ahead of her but promising recovery from where she started.As in the past she makes a step forward and a couple backwards..but...all she does is very tiring for her. As of last night she spiked another high fever and was moved to acute care again. Her heart rate also climbed where she needed constant care..this has been normal for Neener as she is still battling infections and pancreatis..she is a fighter and will also in time battle these things. I was asked if she can get cards...and she can, her hands are still fetal position but the nurse ould be more than glad to read cards being sent to her..speaking of her hands, those are one of things they work with daily...good news is..they are teaching her to talk through the trache..aw what a wonderful thing to hear her voice even if its a bit echoe-ie... she also can move her head from side to side ..lift her shoulders some and meet ya half way for kisses...also she is able to move her arms about a foot forward...so we do the knuckle punches...lol..all these things are huge steps.. Oh yes...they have seen movement in the toes in both legs and also have witnessed the legs moving....again...most importantly of all..she knows all of us.and can also read a nurses name tag...she lipped it to them...thank you god and thank you all dear friends for our the prayers. I know that God hears all of our requests. Nothing worth having is usually easy however... so, keep encouraging Neener. She has to want to do the therapy. And, as we all know..... Praising God for His provision in providing this rehab facility, praying for Neeners new caregivers to be able to overcome obstacles and be optimistic and dillegent with Neeners road to recovery. I have every faith and hope in our God that He will shine His glory on this long ordeal and restore Neener to her loving family. What great news!!! Although the distance issues will be a challenge for Neener's family, sending her to the Rehab place is what is best for her future, and that is the most important thing at this point. She has made incredible progress considering the dire prognosis they gave her in the past. I witnessed first-hand how much a good rehab facility and team can change things around during Renegade's recent stroke and rehab. Constant prayer and God's love is what has brought Neener through this so far, and my daily prayers for her and the rest of the family will continue. Bootcut, GF, you are an awesome friend and such a loving mother, and your faith in the Lord is what has seen you through this. Stay strong and just do what I've had to do many times in my life... just "give it to God". HIS WILL BE DONE, and so far, HE has continued to bless your daughter with progress because HE still sees a chance for a decent future for her in our world.
