Tucson, AZ Judy so sorry about your lost... no matter how old or how young animals are, they are family, and for some the only friends we have. I lost my little Sissydog a year back and I still call her name out.
She so love to ride one the back of my mare, so I am thinking that Sissy might be waiting for your mare to take her for a ride again..
remember who cares
Love Mary/Blondee |

Wellington, KS Thank the Lord for the faithful ones who make a mark on our lives for however many years they are here with us. Thank the Lord for the people like you who provide the security and care and horsey friends for the old faithfuls like Jack. Their generosity, forbearance, and nobility of spirit are worth honoring and remembering . . .
Thank you for doing that here for Jack.

Wetumpka, AL We at the ranch lost a friend last monday after a bad storm I sent the boys out to check fence and make sure that we did not have any trees down. When they came back to the house they let me know that the fences were ok but we had lost Jack. Jack turned 40 yrs old in Jan. of this year he was a old gaited horse that belonged to my daughter but had been living at the ranch for the past 8-9 yrs.Jack was a great old gentleman and always had to come up and visit with everyone that came out to the barn.He had 2 girlfriends that we had to remove from the pasture because they would not leave him there alone. We were able to get him buried him that afternoon and let the mares back in the pasture and they went to where he had died and would not leave so we had to move them to a different pasture. So it goes to show that horses have feelings for their own.Jack will be missed by all here at the ranch. |
