I love to cook in my Dutch Ovens. I don't have a favorite, they are all good. There are many great cookbooks out there. Good Luck and Enjoy!

Old Fashioned Dutch Oven Cookbook by Don Holm and, my favorite...... Basque Cooking and Lore by Darcy Williamson Polla a la Vasca on page 63...:-) so good!

I do a pork roast with root veggies and beef bourguignon. Use any recipe you want but make sure you have the right heat... I use bricketts to make sure the temp stays right. Campfire coals can be tricky with heat. There are some good dutch oven cookbooks on the market too. :) Cassy

Hey T, hard to pick a favorite when it's all good! A one oven meal would have to be a Basque Shepherds Stew. Quick, easy, sticks to the gut kind of meal ;-) Holler is you want a recipe of sorts. Nancy
