It's really cute. Marley came with the name Marley, but I gave him his show name because of his coloring and temperment. At a show he put's on a show...literally. He behaves like a stallion and struts his stuff. He's my pride and joy.

My horse's name is San Pep Colonel------nickname----Rooster. He's 14 Hands & weighs about 1250-1260, He struts around like a Rooster, so that's what I call him This is fun !!!!!!!!!

I like this! My gelding is an appendix -16 hands, black with a star and a snip and two white socks on the back. His sire was Value Added and his dam was Smashing. His registered name is Smashing Value. When we got him, my daughter was 7 years old and had a Cabbage Patch Pony she had adopted. The Cabbage Patch Ponies came with their own set of papers. The Cabbage Patches name was Spirit. Danielle decided that Smashing Value just didn't fit our horse - he was more of a Spirit. From then on he's been know as Spirit - that was way before the Disney Movie!

Player's registered name is "So Be It A Playboy". His sire was Snuffy's Playboy, and his dam was Miss Swift Deck, but she was called "Sobe" for short. Put it together, and it is "So Be It A Playboy". I also have Andrew, a 29 year old Appendix, and Gem, a 29 year old Morgan mare. The little Palomino QH I had before him was named "Skipnotize The Moon", since she was quadruple Skipper W. I have a homozygous tobiano black/white stud named "RICE AND BEANS". He looks like a plate of white rice with black beans...ha, ha I also have a white/sorrel overo filly, and her markings look like butterflies, so I named her BUTTERFLY.. What do you think, is it really true it´s bad luck to change your horses names?
