Cedar Hill, TX As one friend put it, pigs must be flying and hell must have frozen over!
On February 20 around 1:00 p.m., Michael got down on one knee, ring in hand . . . he asked and I said "yes."
No date has been established yet. Our top priority is for him to find a job in Texas and we'll be making plans from there.
For those of you who don't know our story, we didn't actually meet on ES, but we met one weekend while attending an ES function at the Circle G Ranch. A group decided to go into town for a little dancing and little did I know it would turn into romancing. :)
I should have known it was true love from the beginning as I had spent the day chasing goats and had a slight barn yard fragrance about me, but he never seemed to mind. He held me close and danced like I actually smelled good.
We spent the night together under George and Evelyn's pool table - it was totally innocent - I promise - regardless of what George tells you. Two and a half years later, here we are. :)
Ladies, there are very few good men left out there - I thank God, I found one. |
