Allen, OK Condolences to his family and all who knew him. Met him once, had a nice visit. |
| You're right. And he was always conscientious about his truck and loads.
My heart goes out to his mom.
RIP Dennis. |
| Friends I have some very sad news:
Dennis Baker has passed away.
He went doing what he loved, and loved to complain about..... driving a truckload of cattle over the highway. Autopsy is not yet completed, but strong chances he had a heart attack while driving. He was able even in the duration to manuever the rig to the shoulder of the road and keep the cattle protected. Something that does not surprise me as underneath his teasing and grumbling he was a real man with a heart of gold and some backbone and balls. And for a man like Dennis, that is pretty good words of praise. They don't make a mold like him anymore. We have remained friends and razzed each other for over 23 yrs and he will be missed. I would say RIP Dennis, but the truth is I think you'd rather be riding God's broncs and bulls and poking at angels, so that is my wish for you my friend, until we meet again. |
