My horses names are: Sudden Impact aka "Imp" - He got that name cause I've suddenly seen the ground come rushing up at me and felt the impact of it...(More than once, haha.) Misty's Emerald Dream aka "Emmy" 8 Ball aka "Boogerbrat" Jitterbug - She was left to pasture first 3 years of her life from her previous owner, so you can imagine how jittery she was at first around people and just everything in general, lol.

Aww this is fun. My barn names are not as clever as many of them are. Sugar - by Smart Little Lena Roscoe - RoscoePCoaltrain - by Sonny Dee Bar Harley - because he came from Sturgis, South Dakota and Registered name is Sturgis Honey Oh, I thought Harley seemed fitting. Pepper - red roan mare out of Bob Acre Doc Smokey - Doc Said No Smokin Sonny - CC Sonny's Gambler Pistol - Sixteen Acres of Fajitas Cisco - IMA Docx Prescription Ginger - Smart as a Quixote I guess my favorite name is Smokey aka Doc Said No Smokin and of course my favorite horse is Roscoe and Sugar.

3 y/o out of Impressive is named: Spirit/Punkin Head lazy baby, 17 plus hands and is great on trail rides, he was being trained to team pen on buffalo. Only Angus here so no more team penning. 10 y/o appy/lipper crossed is Pepper at 15 hands and has a butt on him, can take you all day long, doesn't quit on ya. (Has been known to buck, if you put the wrong saddle on him.) Pepper is truly an old man soul inside, and loves to nuzzle your shoulder and breathe in your ear. Sigh, I have seen a few men like that. The hands down best horse: a TWH Stud, named Champ, he was my 7th birthday present and was 5 y/o when I got him. He was 35 when he died, and the true horse love of my life. Its been over 20 yrs and I still cry for him. Daddy and I were at the dinner table last Sunday after church talking about the pets, and horses of our lives. Dad said he never worried about me coming home on Champ, that he knew I would be safe no matter what fool notion I might have, the horse had better sense. And, he never broke a single glass, he loved sweet tea and if you would hold it up for him he would drink all day long. come to think of it, I never caught a cold from drinking after him. fancy

"Hay You" is my favorite of my critters. It was always hey you quit that, hey you don't do that, etc.... So being a donkey (mini) I spelled it like Hay. I have had him 22 years and it still fits him perfectly. PRK

OK...here we go Slugger (the paint pony) because there's a spot on his side that looks like a fist with thumb Lu-Lu - formerly known as the H#ll B*tch - now she's just a REAL LU-LU - actually shortened down from Jerry Lu (not to be confused with her brother Jerry!! (registered name is Smart Dry San - Smart Little Jerry out of Miss Dry San) Elrod - registered as Smart Peppy Dry Doc...a real athlete, but has a personality that matches ELROD...LOL!! He had that name when I got him.
