Named such because he obviously spent some time in the 'chrome' shop, and he was foaled out about the same time that Trace Adkins came out with the song "Her favorite colors chrome". Have thoroughly enjoyed reading these! Love it when folks are ORIGINAL with the names!! My TWHs names are: The filly is "Precious" The gelding is "Takoda" (Sioux for "Friend to Everyone") The names more than fit their personalities & temperaments.

My cowpony is Onery Lynx, a double bred Doc's Lynx QH. She's never Ornery, so I supect she was a toot as a foal and her breeder was semi-illiterate.

My horses registered name is Dun Cowboyed Up, so he has been called Cowboy & continues to be called Cowboy since I bought him, pretty original huh? He is a beautiful lineback dun in the winter and a beautiful red roan in the summer...he's my horse of a different color...haha..

I had a horse named Brandy and that's how I got my name on here.I now have a Large Pony named Jake,he was already named when I got him.I also have a darlin little guy named Prince who thinks he is one of the big guys lol.

Wow since my last post I have a few new additions. lol. I now have a haflinger 2yr old stud colt, registered name is Newsmongers Cadillac PPRH, but I call him Kenai, from the disney movie 'Brother Bear'. I also have a reg. haflinger mare named Flying Fancy,,,I call her Kimi, which means 'secret' in sioux as I hid her from my mom. lol My other haflinger mare came with her reg. name 'Sierra Mist of UD' and Sierra fits her so I call her that, and she had a filly 2 months ago, and I had to name her starting with an 'S' after her mom, so I am going to have her registered name be 'Satinka Rose' Satinka meaning 'magical Dancer' in native american and 'Rose' is my last name so it seems to fit her well.
