Emmett, ID Pam has been a cherished online friends for many years. I have joined so many others who love Pam and have gotten inspiration from her courage through her battle with cancer.
It is with great sadness and hard tears, that I say goodbye. God willing, I...and all of us...will see Pam when our time comes.
Pam, go peacefully.... |
| I am really sad to hear this news. My thoughts and prayers are with her friends and family. She has many friends on ES who have been there for her this past year. I would like to believe that Tim, Dakota, Rancher and the others who passed before her are waiting to greet her in that big chat room in the sky.

Well Girlfriend, we had so much fun talking on the telephone, laughing and making plans for visits. We chatted about this and that, like 2 old friends sitting down enjoying a cup of coffee. Hours would pass before either you or me would notice the time. Remember one phone call, we were talking for over 4 hours, and neither one of us wanted to hang up :)
One day this will happen again, but this time we will be facing each other, in the Garden of Christ.
My heart is sadden and filled with tears, not because your leaving, but because I never got to meet in person one the GOD'S MIRACLES !
When the time comes, the Holy Spirit will guide you to the arms of Christ, and you will be forever loved and cared for in your ETERNAL home, with Christ.
Love is never having to say sorry...it allows us to cry, laugh, sit in silence, and have the most unbelievable memories.
Forever & Always....your friend, Nola xoxoxo |

Wellington, KS We will all leave this earth, some sooner than others. We survive many things over the years; we're all touched by loss and grief.
Few have born the losses and struggles as well as our Gaitedspots. Her eyes have been on Jesus the whole time, and her joy, peace, patience, love, and humor has touched any and all who know her and has made us better and added light to our lives.
There will be a hole in my life when you leave, Pam, and a hole in the fabric of our ES family, but it won't be an empty hole . . . it will be filled with the memories of the laughter and love and hope that characterized your life. |

Calico Ridge, NV UPDATE- August 3, 2012
Post from Pam's BBF - Sandi Clark:
"My heart breaks this morning with the news of Pam's passing. Just past midnight she took her last breath on earth and rode off into her own sunset. I was with her until about 9pm but Danie stayed with her after that. I'm so glad she's done with the suffering but I sure don't know what to do without my BFF. I'll miss so many things about her, I've learned so many things from her, and I've shared so many things with her. Pam, may you rest in peace and know that you'll always be in our hearts."

It saddens me greatly to bring this news... Pam Russell is soon to leave us, following a valiant battle against breast cancer... she is going home. I have copied and pasted this message Sandi posted for all.
Well it doesn't look like Pam is going to be a breast cancer survivor. We put her in hospice today, she's been mostly unresponsive since Sunday. We're staying with her round the clock, don't want her to wake up and be alone. I was looking at the picture on her home page, is the sun rising or setting? I guess Pam is kind of in that situation, one part of her being is ending but another is just beginning. Please keep her in your prayers as she finds her way home. God bless all of you who have been so supportive, I can't tell you how many times she has told me how blessed she is to have so many wonderful people in her life. Love to all of you and please share this message with others. Sandi Jackson Clark |
